John has been a successful medical capital equipment sales rep, sales manager and trainer for for most of the last 50 years. Teaching and strategizing about Sales is still his passion. There a 4 basic behavioral styles for all human beings, understanding your friends and family behavioral styles will help you communicate with them in a way that they appreciate! They will light up when you do and so will you! Understanding people's stress levels and how to help them communicate calmly will lower your stress level. A win/win! This workshop will help you understand how you prefer to be communicated with, why and how to manage your stress levels. The next step is being able to read your family and friends to understand how they prefer to be communicated with and help them manage their stress levels. I've taught this for years to executives and sales professionals and one common comment is they used the skills at home and had amazing responses from their love ones. Each participant will take an online behavioral and emotional intelligence assessment for family members. The advisor will debrief you on your relationship strengths and weaknesses and build a development plan for each participant individually. Value: $3,500.00 The 4 weekly online meetings will be used to discuss and understand how to understand your family and friends and how to communicate with them in a manner they appreciate. We will have a Facebook private group for participants to ask questions and discuss challenges. First hour on me, additional time will be agreed upon if we both see value.
