The foundation of all his success has been to build strong relationships with all stakeholders in his life.

DGSI have turned around manufacturing companies, sales distributors, Service companies and not for profits.  We have merged a 60 year old not for profit with a complimentary not for profit to achieve sustainability.  Our Team managed the St Louis Endangered Wolf while we got then healthy again.  DGSI has been contract project managers for manufacturing companies. 

DGSI has hired and trained sales reps in Computers, Critical Care sales,  Pharmaceuticals, Equipment manufacturers, distributors, and Life Sciences companies.  They has taught territory management, process improvement,  Emotional Intelligence and communications skill for CEO's, Corporate Account Managers, Sales Managers and sales reps.  The most significant offering has been how to communicate in stressful environments to build successful relationships. Communications and Emotional Intelligence has been our passion.

We have attended the school of hard knocks, served our country in the military,  attended and taught at Colleges and Universities.  We have worked our way up from small business, owner, sales rep, and CEO.  We have worked globally. We are known for doing turnarounds. 


As we chased our dreams we fell in a few times, learned, grew, make adjustments,  and got back in the boat to continue towards our dreams. 

Always remembering it is about who we become during the journey and who we  help!

Now it is our time to give back, assist those  committed to their dreams.  We especially want to assist them when they fall in ,as they will, get back in the boat, learn, grow and get back to chasing their dreams.
